At TAO Clean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty technology experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 45 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

  Package Your Device

  Ensure the device and all included accessories are securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
